●京友禅・雪持ち竹文様(きょうゆうぜん・ゆきもちたけもんよう)
竹に積もった雪（雪輪）をメインに配し、四季の草花をあしらった吉祥文様です。
伝統的な形を用いて江戸時代の小袖模様をアレンジしました。
竹は「繁栄」「不老長寿」の意味があります。
雪輪は「五穀豊穣」「豊作」の意味があります。
特に『雪持ちの竹』は「厄除け」「強い忍耐力」「繁栄」を表します。

●Kyoyuzen, Yukimochitake Monyo
This is an auspicious pattern decorated with seasonal flowers and grasses that features snow-covered bamboo (yukiwa).
It was made using a traditional pattern in the kosode style of the Edo period which features narrow wrist openings.
Bamboo symbolizes “prosperity” and “eternal youth and longevity.”
Yukiwa symbolizes a “bountiful harvest of the five grains” and “abundant crops.”
In particular, yukimochinotake symbolizes “warding off evil spirits,” “strong perseverance,” and “prosperity.”
